Spy No More is a fantastic piece of software from the guys at Illysoft. Before discovering Spyware Cease we used to use Spy No More in tandem with SEC Antispyware (below) with great results.

SEC Antispyware is a nice piece of software which we used for quite a while in conjunction with Spy No More to protect us from spyware. The software is extremely user friendly making it easy to run. SEC Antispyware doesn't look quite as nice as other software but it's very functional and easy to use and some may prefer the less glossy feel. We always found SEC to be reliable

and remove most threats but not quite as much as our other two picks. Whilst we can't rate SEC as highly as our other choices the software isn't to be dismissed and is definitely one of the better tools for removing spyware out there.
